Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Christian Faith Web Affiliate Program ("Program") allows individuals and organizations to earn commissions by promoting our digital faith resources. By joining the Program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Key Benefits: 25% commission on all referred sales, monthly payouts, marketing support, and the opportunity to share faith resources with others.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old
You must have a website, blog, social media presence, or other legitimate marketing channel
You must agree to these terms and conditions
You must not engage in spam, fraudulent activities, or misleading advertising

3. Commission Structure

3.1 Commission Rate

Affiliates earn 25% commission on the net sale price of each product referred through their unique affiliate links.

3.2 Commission Calculation

Commission is calculated based on the actual sale price (after any discounts)
Returns and refunds reduce the affiliate's commission balance
Commission is credited when the customer's payment is confirmed

3.3 Minimum Payout Threshold

Commissions are paid out monthly once the affiliate's balance reaches $10.00 USD or more. Balances below this threshold remain pending until the next month.

3.4 Payment Schedule

Payouts are processed on the 1st of each month for the previous month's earnings
Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer (affiliate's choice)
Processing time: 3-5 business days after payout approval

4. Affiliate Obligations

4.1 Prohibited Activities

Spamming emails or messages with affiliate links
Using misleading or deceptive advertising practices
Implying endorsement or affiliation with Christian Faith Web beyond the Program
Using trademarks or brand names in domain names without permission
Engaging in any activity that damages the reputation of Christian Faith Web

4.2 Required Disclosures

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in all promotional materials. Example disclosure:

"This post contains affiliate links. If you make a purchase through these links, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you."

5. Tax Responsibilities

Important: Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on their commission income. Christian Faith Web does not withhold taxes from affiliate commissions.

5.1 US Taxpayers

Complete Form W-9 must be provided before payments are issued
Form 1099-NEC will be issued if annual earnings reach $600 or more
Commissions are considered self-employment income
Self-employment tax (Social Security & Medicare) of approximately 15.3% may apply

5.2 International Taxpayers

Complete Form W-8BEN must be provided before payments are issued
Tax treaty benefits may apply depending on your country
You are responsible for complying with your country's tax laws

5.3 Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of all affiliate earnings
Track deductible expenses related to affiliate activities
Consult with a qualified tax professional for advice

6. Tracking and Reporting

6.1 Cookie Duration

Affiliate cookies last for 30 days from the initial click. Sales made within this period are attributed to the affiliate.

6.2 Attribution

First-click attribution: The affiliate who first referred the customer receives the commission
Direct attribution: Sales must come through your unique affiliate link

6.3 Reporting

Affiliates can view their earnings, clicks, and conversion reports upon request by contacting [email protected]

7. Termination

7.1 By Affiliate

You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time by notifying us via email.

7.2 By Christian Faith Web

We reserve the right to terminate your participation if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or otherwise damage our reputation.

7.3 Effect of Termination

Outstanding commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid within 30 days of termination
No commissions will be paid for sales made after termination
All affiliate links and access will be immediately revoked

8. Modifications

Christian Faith Web reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active affiliates. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
